Roles we place

Healthcare talent the world is actively hiring

Every role below is filled only from a verified employer with a genuine vacancy and a salary confirmed in writing — we never promise a placement, but we only present real ones.

1

Registered nurses & midwives

Sustained demand across the UK (NHS and private), Ireland, Australia and New Zealand — often with a Health & Care Worker visa, family options and a clear registration pathway through the NMC or AHPRA.

2

Carers & support workers

Aged-care and home-support roles with licensed UK sponsors on the Health & Care Worker route, and equivalent pathways in the Gulf and Australia.

3

Doctors & specialists

Pathways for qualified doctors and specialists subject to local licensing — GMC registration (UK), MCNZ (NZ), AMC (Australia) — with honest guidance on the full registration timeline.

4

Allied health professionals

Physiotherapists, radiographers, medical-lab technicians, pharmacists and OTs where genuine shortages exist and credential recognition is achievable.

5

Theatre & ICU staff

Specialist nurses and technicians for high-acuity environments where employer demand consistently outpaces local supply.

6

Healthcare assistants

Entry-level support roles in the UK and Ireland that often serve as a stepping-stone to further registration for those building their overseas career.

What it takes

Qualifications & readiness

Healthcare regulators abroad set the bar — we help you meet it before you commit time and money to an application.

1

Recognised qualification

A nursing, medical or allied-health degree or diploma that the destination country's regulator — NMC, NMBA, AHPRA, NMBI, HAAD — will accept, assessed honestly at the start.

2

English language (IELTS / OET)

Most UK, Irish, Australian and NZ routes require IELTS Academic or OET at prescribed scores. We guide you to the right test, the right score and a preparation plan.

3

NMC OSCE or equivalent test

UK-bound nurses must pass the NMC OSCE; other markets have their own competency tests. We map the full registration pathway before you leave India.

4

Work experience

A minimum of clinical or care experience (typically one to two years post-qualification) that satisfies both the employer and the visa route.

How placement works

From your first call to your first shift abroad

One dedicated case manager stays with you through every stage. You always know where you are and what comes next.

1

Free profile assessment

We review your qualification, registration status, English score and experience honestly — and tell you which countries and roles you genuinely qualify for, and which you don't yet.

2

Gap plan & preparation

If your English score or registration is not ready, we give you a clear, timed plan to close the gap — skills assessment, IELTS/OET coaching and CV and interview prep included.

3

Verified employer match

We introduce you only to licensed, verified healthcare employers with a real vacancy and a confirmed salary — every offer is cross-checked before it reaches you.

4

Visa & sponsorship filing

We coordinate the Certificate of Sponsorship (UK) or equivalent sponsorship documentation, compile a compliant visa file and liaise with the employer and immigration authority.

5

Pre-departure & arrival support

Briefing on registration steps to complete on arrival, what to carry, induction expectations and — where the visa allows — planning your family's applications alongside yours.

Ethical recruitment

Genuine employers, a fair process, no illegal fees

Healthcare recruitment demands the highest ethical standards. In the UK, Ireland and most regulated markets, charging a worker a placement fee is illegal — so we never do. Our income comes from the verified employer, not from you. The only costs you will ever pay are clearly itemised government, visa, registration and travel charges, quoted in ₹ before you commit to anything.

Every vacancy we present comes from a licensed employer for a role that genuinely exists, with a salary confirmed in writing. Your original documents — passport, certificates, transcripts — stay with you at all times. We give you an honest eligibility read and support you through skills assessment, IELTS/OET, CV and interview preparation. We cannot promise a placement or a visa; no ethical consultant can. But a real role, a transparent process and full support, we always can.

  • Licensed, verified healthcare employers only — never unregistered agents or paper jobs
  • No candidate placement fee where the law prohibits it — the employer pays
  • Original passport and documents stay with you throughout
  • NMC/OSCE, IELTS/OET and registration pathway mapped honestly before you start
  • Written quotation and timeline in ₹ before you commit
  • Family inclusion planned where the Health & Care Worker or skilled-worker visa allows
Frequently Asked Questions

Questions about Healthcare Recruitment

In the UK, charging a worker a recruitment fee is illegal under the Modern Slavery Act and NHS standards. We do not charge candidates a placement fee. The only costs you pay are clearly itemised government visa fees, NMC registration charges and any agreed travel or assessment costs — all quoted in ₹ before you commit.

Both are accepted for most UK, Irish, Australian and NZ healthcare routes. OET is healthcare-specific and many nurses find it a better fit; IELTS Academic is more widely available and familiar. We assess which suits you and advise on the minimum scores your specific role and route require.

From initial NMC application to passing the OSCE typically takes 4–8 months, depending on document verification, your CBT result and OSCE test-centre availability. We map the full timeline at the start so there are no surprises, and we support your preparation throughout.

Yes — eligible Health & Care Worker and Skilled Worker visa holders can bring a spouse and dependent children to the UK. We plan family applications alongside yours from the start so the whole family travels and settles together where the rules permit.

Yes. We place in Ireland (NMBI registration), Australia (AHPRA, subclass 482 sponsorship), New Zealand (NCNZ, AEWV) and the Gulf (HAAD/DHA in the UAE, MOH in Saudi Arabia). We assess which market genuinely fits your qualification, experience and English level.
