Privacy Policy
Your trust is the foundation of everything we do. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Who we are
MD Consulting Group (“MD Consulting Group”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is an immigration and global-mobility consultancy based at Shop No. 4–5, National Shopping Complex, Hide Market, Opposite Blue Dart Office, Near Civil Hospital, Amritsar, Punjab, India. This Privacy Policy applies to our website mdconsultinggroup.co.in, our lead-generation forms on Facebook and Instagram, our WhatsApp and phone communications, and our client portal.
By sharing your information with us or submitting an enquiry, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
Information we collect
Information you give us — when you fill in a website form, a Facebook/Instagram lead form, message us on WhatsApp, or become a client:
- Your name, phone number, email address and city/country.
- Profile details relevant to your enquiry — the visa or service you’re interested in, destination country, education, work experience, English-test scores (IELTS/PTE/OET), age and profession.
- Documents you choose to upload for a case (e.g. passport, education, employment or financial documents) via our secure client portal.
- Any message content you send us.
Information collected automatically — when you visit our website we may collect your device and browser type, IP address, pages viewed and referring source, using cookies and similar technologies.
Information from advertising platforms — if you respond to one of our ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) or Google shares the details you submitted in the ad’s lead form with us, along with which campaign the enquiry came from.
How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiry, assess your eligibility and provide immigration consultancy and recruitment services.
- To contact you by phone, email, WhatsApp or SMS about your enquiry and case, including follow-ups and updates.
- To prepare, submit and track visa, work-permit and related applications on your instruction.
- To process payments and issue invoices and receipts.
- To improve our website and measure the effectiveness of our advertising.
- To comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
Consent
We process your information on the basis of your consent (given when you submit an enquiry or engage our services), to perform our services for you, and to meet our legal obligations. You may withdraw your consent at any time — see “Your rights” below.
Advertising & analytics
We advertise on Facebook and Instagram (Meta) and use Google services. To understand which ads generate genuine enquiries and to avoid showing irrelevant ads, we use:
- Meta Pixel & Conversions API — to measure ad results. Where we share event data with Meta to match an enquiry to an ad, contact details are cryptographically hashed before transmission.
- Google Analytics & reCAPTCHA — to understand website usage and protect our forms from spam and abuse.
You can control cookies through your browser settings and manage ad preferences within your Facebook, Instagram and Google accounts.
How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to provide our services:
- With trusted service providers who help us operate (e.g. secure hosting, communication, payment processing and, where relevant, regulated legal partners) — bound to keep it confidential.
- With employers, universities, government departments and visa authorities only where necessary to progress an application you have instructed us to pursue.
- Where required by law, court order or a lawful request from a competent authority.
We will never share the details of an enquiry with any government body except as part of an application you have expressly authorised.
WhatsApp & messaging
If you contact us on WhatsApp or provide your number, you consent to us replying and following up on your enquiry through WhatsApp, phone, SMS or email. You can ask us to stop at any time by replying “STOP” or contacting us using the details below.
Data retention
We keep your information for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our legal, accounting and regulatory obligations. When it is no longer required, we securely delete or anonymise it.
How we protect your information
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures — including access controls, encryption in transit and a secure document vault in our client portal — to protect your information against unauthorised access, loss or misuse.
Your rights
You may ask us to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
- Delete your information, or withdraw your consent to us contacting you.
- Stop marketing or follow-up communications.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Children
Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 without the consent of a parent or guardian.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be posted on this page.
